Our teachers are all qualified to work in the Preschool and, upon hire, must have, or register for Child Care Credentials - a college level course focusing on early childhood. We also require our staff to take 10 hours of child-care training courses each year as well as CPR and First Aid. We would like to have them stay with us forever, but this just doesn't happen. Preschool teaching is very stressful and we are open 11 hours every day, 52 weeks a year. We could never pay our teachers what they are worth. They do such a good job while they are here, but they do move on to other jobs, as well as transferring within our childcare center and sometimes choose to stay home and have families of their own. We can only promise to replace them with another qualified teacher who will continue to teach and love your child. We are proud of our Preschool Team!
